RETURNS:
You have (5-7) days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. ⁠It must be in the original packaging.
3. ⁠A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How to return an item:
To start a return, please contact us at (email/contact page link) with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (Eg: Wrong or Defective item)

REFUNDS:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment with (5-7 business days)
• ⁠Late or missing refunds? Please check your bank or contact your payment provider. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at (email)


EXACHANGES:
We only replace it send if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item
